Shipping within Australia
All packages are shipped with tracking and is included in your purchase price. If you wish, express shipping can be selected at checkout.
International Shipping
Wild Forest Studio currently only ships within Australia, but please, hang out with me on socials so I can keep you informed as I will be returning to shipping world-wide as soon as I possibly can.
Warranty
Wild Forest Studio offers a generous 6-month warranty on all jewellery from the date of your purchase. We provide a repair and restoration service should your product deem to be defective or faulty, requiring a specialist's skills.
We only replace items at our discretion if they are defective or faulty.
Our product warranty does not cover the ability to replace, exchange or refund a product due to normal wear, and lack of care due to not following our recommended product guidelines.
Returns
30 Days to Return
Our return policy is valid for up to 30 days after purchase of goods. We offer Store credits & exchanges for the value of your purchase. Unfortunately we do not offer cash returns or refunds.
For all credits and exchanges we do require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Due to hygienic purposes we do not refund or exchange any Wild Forest Studio earrings.
Return Cost
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

I will never share personal information, including names, email addresses, delivery information, telephone numbers or other personal information to any third parties.
Information provided through the ordering process will only be used to keep the buyer up to date with an order’s progress and to contact them if there are any issues. Subscribers to the mailing list will only receive Wild Forest Studio related announcements and may unsubscribe at any time.
